Senior Manager CMDB

Our Investment Bank client is looking for a high calibre to join their regional IT Service team as Senior Manager CMDB role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to lead CMDB setup, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Build and maintain a CMDB aligned with ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM modules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Define governance, CI standards, relationships, and data policies following CSDM and ITIL best practices.
• Manage Discovery, Service Mapping, and integration with internal and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Oversee CMDB health, automation, and AI-driven insights for reporting and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and cloud teams to maintain reliable service maps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in ServiceNow CMDB.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, Discovery, I&R, CSDM.
• Certifications and financial sector experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin beneficial.
